Shogen 2007
John was proud indeed to write a chapter for Shogen 2007 which is the annual book published by the
Nagasaki Survivors Group; who are a large part of the Japanese collective conscience.
John's message was 'Ultimate Peace beginning with Nuclear Peace'.
The pictures at the beginning and end of the chapter were taken in John's dining room during a visit to
Scotland by the group to protest at Faslane against the British nuclear weapons system 'Trident'.
John wrote the article in English which was translated by the son of one of the survivors, Shinya Moriguchi San.
